About This Project
Mike's High Country BBQ is a veteran-owned food truck out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Mike — a US Army veteran — brings the same dedication and attention to detail he carried in the military to every rack of ribs and brisket that comes off his smoker. Slow-smoked with local hardwoods, no shortcuts, ever.
The site is the truck's online home base: showcasing the menu, building credibility for the brand, and converting visitors into catering bookings. The catering page walks prospective clients through a three-step process — reach out, build a menu, show up and smoke — and covers the full range of events Mike's crew serves: corporate lunches, private parties, weddings, community fundraisers, and military and veteran events.
